"Melissa and Jeanette did great with both kids! My kiddos were very pleased with their haircut and said the ladies were very sweet. However the only reason this review isn’t a 5 star is because we were unfortunate enough to be greeted by one of the hair dressers named Olivia. She was mean from the beginning and even went as far as accusing me of not making an appointment. She kept rolling her eyes and being a total bully. I am a hispanic women with 2 beautiful brown baby boys and whenever when a white women and her children came in she was very nice and understanding of their situation when she wasn’t of ours. Overall my kids haircuts were amazing i just wish the customer service on Olivias part was better."
"My appointment ran a little late but they were super busy with school returning back to session. Both ladies were very aware of and acknowledged. Was nice to get in and get out without having to be in the chair for too long. Deborah was nice and knowledgeable about the style of trim I wanted. Thanks so much for the great customer service!! :)"
