"I was desperate for a trim, and all my normal places in Olympia where I get my $200 haircuts were booked out for weeks and months. I saw the reviews for Vuus and called them and they got me in that day. The salon is an old accounting office. Little has been done to update it, which is sort of charming. I was seen a few minutes after my appointment time. I briefly discussed what I wanted with Mr. Vuu and he got right to work. We had a delightful discussion where I learned Mr Vuu has been cutting hair for about ten years and by his calculations he has done 40,000 haircuts. His experience shows. He has an unfussy approach and the results were comparable to what I normally get in high end salons, with out all the pomp, circumstance, attitude, high pricing and waiting. I HIGHLY recommend Vuus salon. I’ll be back."

"I went in with a picture of what I wanted (I went from jet black to a brunette ombré) and the stylist DID THAT. He went out of his way to make sure I had the results I wanted. Both he and his wife and very pleasant and kind people. Services are reasonably priced. I found my new favorite salon"

"Called on a Monday at 10 for an appointment for @ 2. She asked if we could make it later, about 4. She calls at 3 to ask if we can make it later, 4:30. At 4:25, sitting outside the shop, she calls and asks if we can do 5, says she's been at the doctor for 2-1/2 hours and is still there. So, what? We wait until 5 and then have to push it out further because they arent done with their appointment? I get it, life happens but that is just wow! Was so excited, just moved here and need regular pedicures, so bummed. They got 2 stars because she did call and try but it should have been handled a way better, more professional way."
