"Made an appointment with Mely and she answered all our concerns we had with the Farmers problem and all other concerns. Very personable, friendly and helpful. Now that I have had a claim with State Farm beware. Once you sign up with Brian Harris’s office he will not talk to you…to busy. Left Joesph to do his clean up and also gave me incorrect information about policy requirements. We have had nothing but a run around with State Farm claim adjusters. Finally had to file a report."
