"What I asked for (left) what I got (right)I’m not displeased with my nails as much as I wasn’t listened to or understood. When she was struggling to do the plaid I asked her to just throw some squiggly lines on there and she was persistent to do the plaid just for me to leave unsatisfied with the lines. My green nails are still not dry and it has been an HOUR. not to mention, I tried getting in my car and they got messed up, rightfully so I went back inside to get them fixed, they got fixed. However I was told to “be careful” my nails should be set when I am walking out! We weren’t paying $50 on some nails to walk out and be told to be “careful”"

"They were nice people, did their job. The only 2 issues I had was as my nails were drying I seen something move out of the corner of my eye. I looked down and there was a roach crawling on the side of the pedicure tub. Then there was another. I tried to not make it obvious that I had seen it, even though I am pretty sure the lady knew I had when I jumped. The other was I had streaks in my nail polish when it was all said and done but after seeing the roach I just wanted to get out. Won't be going here again because of that. Picture for proof, even though it's not the best as I wasn't trying to cause a scene."

"Whoever said this place should be shut down is absolutely right! I had the worst experience ever! My 14 year old son could have done a better job of doing acrylic and pedicure than they did! And they charged us $140 ! I don’t know how they even have their license!!!"

"I’ve been going here since 2018 and never had a problem (other than my own color choice) never cut the cuticles too far,never over shaped and never crooked or anything!! He goes out of his way to put crystals and make my nails the nails I want the I love you time he wasn’t able to do what I wanted was when I had a pretty difficult design but he said he could attempt is but didn’t wanna mess up since it was a important set. Here are a few pics of my favorites sets from the past(the Louis Vuitton ones are my current set and I love them)"

"Nails are crooked and not shaped how I asked them to be. The bottom is cracked and my toes look like I did them myself. I would never return! They also told me a different price then what was up on the board..."
