"Being very frustrated by the service provided by this company. We were getting an urgent request and trying to reach out to the agent but got no response at all. I can understand sometimes the agent is on vacation or leave for some reason, but at least you should have notified or have a backup support rather than can not be reached out at all, like disappeared. In addition, our insurance got rejected by the insurance company, and the company has notified our agent to notify us, but we didn't hear from our agent at all. We figured it out ourselves weeks later. Super disappointed by the service would NOT recommend this company at all!"
