"This was the worst experience I've ever had. My car was hit by a drunk driver and Grange made the situation worse. They took forever to get the claim started, said I had no claim number. Then when I was waiting for the adjuster Twyla Milender took a week to get back to me even after my insurance agent reached out to her multiple times on top of me calling her. Then they forgot to mail my check for my totaled car and gave conflicting answers regarding when the check should arrive. I am currently looking for new insurance because this was just ridiculous"

"I'm a Disabled Veteran. We had a drain leak, grange insurance informed they would not cover any repairs. They shouldn't be offering insurance to any military veteran homeowners. They need to be blacklisted and their prices reduced. I'm not paying them to tell me they can't help. Don't use these people."
