"It bums me out to write this, I like going to this place and am usually thankful for services but if you get someone who is "not on their A game" here, it sucks. I just paid $50 for a pedi.. $60 after tip and I felt like the older lady just rushed through her job despite it being dead empty in there. She had no eyes for detail... she rounded several of my toenails instead of keeping them square how they are (why change the shape without asking? And who wants stubby rounded toenails?! No one.) .. she didn't trim them all to be the same length after i stopped her from rounding so they look janky. Then she rush slapped through painting. Her base of the nail lines are choppy and jagged, the edges on the sides are either missed or over flooded with UV gel making my toes look weird. My baby toe on one side is ridic over flooded esp at the base now that I'm home and looking at them. I don't do many paid for Self Care Services and was really looking forward to cute sexy spring toes. I love tipping well and being appreciative for what I get but what she just did has me feeling like I got ripped off. Big time. It feels like I'm not even looking at my feet! Its like a joke or like i let my child do them. You can even see her layers of paint, none of its even.. it's thicker and thinner in spots all over.. my big toe, each layer of paint was less coverage so you can see 3 different very obvious UV flood lines and there are several crumbs in the gel paint cured to my toenails. What the heck. I hate writing bad reviews but I hope they see this, slow down, pay attention and do what's fair and right moving forward. $60 for half an hour is ridic for what I just got. My toes are always cute and this is not cute. No wonder she was trying to put my socks on for me, hide those messed up grippers! Ugh. I hate this and the feeling it gave me. Writing this does not make me feel better either because I want to love this place and have gotten good quality from them in the past. Looking at this work, does not make sense to me."

"I went there a couple months ago & told them I need a full new set of acrylic nails & the girl argues w/ me & told me “no they are ok still” I told them the acrylic I have on is old & has been there for months (about 3-4) After going back & forth, I got her to replace over half of them but refused to change all of them. They made me feel like it was such an inconvenience to do that. I even told her that I’m paying for a full new set. Didn’t even get what I paid for. They also told me they have chrome & lied, what they put on wasn’t chrome. It was for my honeymoon, so I ended up going to somewhere else right after to put chrome on top. Now a couple months later, removed all the nails & I find mold on my nail! (A green-brown color)! From the old acrylic that they refused to remove!! Super unprofessional & bad customer service. Will never go back there. I’ve never had this happen to my nails before!"

"Booked appointment a week in advance, appointment started 45 minutes late. Got a pedi and a full set, pedicure was very good, I will say. But the full set was not at all. Acrylic was uneven, the shape was uneven and he hurt me multiple times. He made my thumb bleed quite a bit and didn't even acknowledge it. Went to my car and cried and started looking for a new place to get them fixed. Used to come here all the time but after this I won't be."
