We are open 7 days a week for services and product sales, with flexible appointment options available. "It's not much of a spa. You have to Go on one room for the facial and then get dressed to go out into the lobby and go up some very steep stairs to get the massage. through the lobby. There's not much privacy for people who are there for the spa services. And you have to walk past everyone. I didn't like that. I don't think they should call themselves a spa because of spa would mean You have privacy and a separate section away from the main lobby and entrance to be in your robe in front of other people. I would like to go back because the facial and massage. Ladies did a really great job. And I felt ultra relaxed. But I just can't be in such a funky layout. Where people stare at you like you don't belong when they are calling themselves a spa."
"I’ve come here for a few times for an Aveda scalp treatment with Edith. She does an amazing job of making this a true spa experience. Very relaxing, thorough, and massages the product in. My scalp has never felt better. She also is very knowledgeable about Aveda products. I will be back!"
"I was a few months past needing a trim, and my mother in law brought me here. I got a fun cut from Jordan, who is very skilled and knowledgeable, and was introduced to Aveda products, which I'll now use to style my hair! It's coarse and thick, so finding some good stuff was a relief."
"They canceled an appointment we had with a less expensive stylist and could only rebook with someone literally twice as expensive without any warning about the price. About $100 for a very simple men's haircut is ridiculous. They literally swindled us with a bait and switch. Do not trust their prices! We will never be returning and unless you're flushed with cash, I'd recommend you stay as far away as possible."
