"My family and I have been going to see Dr Allen for years it wasn’t until the staff change in the front office area that we started to see a decline in patient care . I was encouraged by a staff member to talk to Dr Allen about this but I don’t like to complain. We LOVE DR Allen and his support staff but the person or persons that replaced Mary is not as helpful and does not return calls when saying she would. I had some billing questions that she could not explain to me why I was being billed and after saying she would call me back a few times I never heard from her . When trying to get scheduled for appointments with her. y phone she again says she will call back and I never hear from her . I’m still giving a 5 star because I love this place"

Front desk went above and beyond to contact my insurance and after years of paying for everything I found out my insurance covers 4 periodontal visits a year! This office gives you a detailed bill and explains all the charges. Great experience overall."
