"My sales experience was excellent (5 stars as far as that goes), but trying to get these folks to fix the roof leak and rattle in my new bronco has been a total failure. I've tried 3 times to get the service department to address the leak and rattle. First attempt: they said it was fixed, only for the same issues to reoccur a couple of days later. Dropped it off a second time: 4 days later, I was told it was fixed. I came in the next day (a Saturday) to have a tech rep ride along with me to confirm that they fixed it after the second attempt - except that the service desk didn't tell me no one works on Saturday's, so there was no one there except for the guy at the pick-up counter! I inspected their work myself before I went home and found that the issues weren't resolved. Third attempt: I left a couple of photos and a video of the issue with the service desk. Came back to get the bronco after the tech "redid" everything only to find that the leak had gotten worse. Pointed out leak and rattle each time, provided photos and video of the issues each time, and each time the same problems continued - all the while burning through my PTO and wasting a Saturday. The leak is not insignificant as it manifests itself through the front passenger side pillar and comes through the seems that cover up the pillar airbags. I will be pursuing my 4th attempt to address these warranty repairs with a different dealership. Buying your car from them is great. Just don't ask them to fix it. EDIT: Titus-Will responded (below) - I will update my review if they attempt to conduct outreach or address further. Update: They attempted to have me come back and try to fix it for a 4th time, but I couldn't afford to take the time to have them keep my car and I wasn't confident they'd fix it. Credit to the head of service for getting back to me and referring me to additional service bulletins associated with this issue - it has been helpful in getting this issue addressed elsewhere."

"EDIT ON TOP: I did receive a call back regarding my review and the service request I submitted via the chat bot. I appreciated the call and Justin covered all of the items in the review. I still don't think it should've gotten to this point so I can't give 5 stars at this time. ORIGINAL POST: This is specifically for the service center. First, website has the number for the Lakewood dealership, so you have to wait to talk to someone there to get the new number for the Tacoma location. Second, the wait times are forever, so I tried to follow the directions to hit 0 and leave a message for callback later. Instead of a message system, that goes to an operator who then sticks you back at the beginning of the queue. Third, their online scheduling function is broken. Won't ever let me schedule sooner than 6-8 weeks out. Spoke to someone about it last time I was in months ago and they said it's a known issue they apparently don't feel like fixing. Fourth, said individual gave me his card to help with Quicklane scheduling needs in the future. After not putting everything back together at the last service, I called trying to figure out where a part was. In June. It's now mid August and still waiting for a call back. Luckily, after realizing the part had been left on the front of the dash, I was able to reinstall it myself. Five, they still have 2022 discounts listed on their site, it's like they aren't even trying."
