"Today I made a purchase for my brother‘s birthday for boots. I accidentally walked out of the store without the boots. As I was paying, I grabbed my purse and left thinking I had grabbed the box of shoes. Distracted by the excitement of my brother‘s birthday and never thought about it. The interesting fact is that, the cashier never followed me. He must have still been packing the shoes in the box or bag. This is horrible and they do have my contact information because they entered it in the system. I hope when I go back tomorrow, I get the shoes because they were quite expensive."

"I made like 4 returns/exchanges because I’m pretty indecisive and never shopped at Aldo before and they were super friendly. Unlike the one in Tacoma mall, they returned my unworn shoes without nitpicking the state of the brand new shoes. They also carry more sizes at the store compared to the one in Tacoma. If they don’t carry a certain size they will help you order them to your house so you get your shoes without having to pay the shipping fee. They never really brought that up at the Tacoma location. Michelle was such a sweetheart and she helped me with so much patience."
"Walked up to you Southcenter location in Tukwila Washington at 8:20pm. The hours posted on the internet is 9pm and both employees on their phones with the door closed and locked. I tried to call but it was automated service that nobody would answer. I asked through the door if they were closed and they nodded their head and used the cut off sign on their neck. As I’m writing this review two other customers stated they wanted in."
