"First time in my life I "caught" 2 bolts in one week, the first time was Friday, 5:30 pm and no one was working except these guys, they did my tire in 20 minutes and did NOT WANT TO CHARGE ME for it, of course I paid because I was so glad they took me in at that time and did the job quickly because no one was working at that time. Next Thursday I went to them again with a new nail in the tire))) They again did their work quickly and again didn't want to charge me for it! These guys do awesome customer relationship, thank you!"

"Went in with a coolant leak. I will give them credit for doing a coolant pressure check and visual inspection for free although I had clearly stated it was my upper transmission hose. Received an $800 estimate to replace the whole radiator if needed cuz they weren’t sure and a $430 estimate to replace the hose. Only had $200. Went home. Looked under the hood and took it apart a bit. See the leak. The hose was loose. I gave it a little push into the radiator and it clicked right into place. No leaks. Problem solved. Def something I should’ve done prior to taking it in but I surely feel some type of way about that estimate now. Although I will say the customer service was great….assuming I wasn’t taken advantage of."
