"Terrible customer service, attendant too busy playing on phone to help his customers. I couldn't hear him as it was very windy and he would not come out to help me, too busy on his phone and I was interrupting his screen time.. he had the attitude to ask me if I was having a bad day and if I was going to apologize. If he were my employee and treated customers the way he treated me, he wouldn't be my employee for very long. Customer service most definitely isn't what it used to be."
