"Our experience with Panther RV Products was fantastic! We needed a new, right Dometic awning arm for our 2017 Forest River Surveyor. A local RV repair company was going to charge us a FORTUNE to replace it and told us it may take MONTHS to get the part before they could. My husband was sure he and our son could repair it if we could find the arm. I found Panther RV Products, and it said online that they had four in stock. We called twice to ask some clarifying questions about measurements and shipping and reached a REAL PERSON right away both times! How often does THAT happen these days?! Our awning arm arrived at our location in College Station, TX in two days! My husband and son installed it in under an hour yesterday afternoon, and it’s working perfectly!
