"They have excellent customer service from beginning to end. Even with me calling often on updates even though they texted at least a couple times a week. Parts were a problem but was not their fault and by them calling Ram to get updates on eta's, I think we got parts sooner. Our 2022 Ram promaster looks like it did when we drove it off the lot. "Wife shorter immigrant went to get an estimate. Issue around getting the appointment found. Got estimate and from what I thought scheduled for March repair. Insurance called today and said you’re not on schedule. Called today and was told I am not on schedule and explained issue of appointment and wife’s feeling about targeted as recent immigrant and concern around her experience there. Dealer said they were not going to do the repair due to my wife’s feeling. Wow! Just wanted to make them aware of how she felt and to ensure I was on schedule for repair. Sucks when you tell someone how someone felt in an experience and then they refuse business. It’s their right and I accept but wow!"
