"This is by far the worst place I have ever gone to get any dental work done. Not only are they very rough, but they are also careless. When I was getting a cavity filled, the doctor was so extremely rough with me. He jammed the needle in my mouth and it led me to have an stress-induced seizure. Afterwards, they tried to blame the interaction on me, and said that this “happens all of the time”. I’m pretty sure if people were seizing when they were getting cavities filled people would hear about it. Also, they never kept the molds for my retainers, after telling me to my face that they would, so now I have to go somewhere else for it because they lied."

"The bedside manners of this dentist were absolutely horrible. This is why fear happens and people avoid the dentist. My daughter already has anxiety over them but this guy was ROUGH!!!!! I get dental work is not pleasant but the experience should not be worse than the work itself. The cleaning of her teeth was extremely rough and even cracked her lips (yes this happens due to dry lips I get it) when expressing discomfort it was told to sit still I’m almost done. I would only use this dentist again if it was an emergency and the very last one open!!!!!"

"Tried to put zero stars on this, but there was one redeeming feature that prevented me from doing so which I'll get to at the end. (Also, Google won't let you put less than one so....) This was not only the worst dental experience I've ever had, but easily the worst medical experience I've ever had. First off, I know that I have some trauma related to dental work. I've had a few bad experiences, and I was very upfront about that from the start. I explained that I had a tooth ache and definitely needed a filling, maybe even a root canal. I called in ahead of time and let them know what to expect and made sure that this wouldn't be an exam with a follow up, but that I would be able to actually get some work done. They assured me that was the case. NOPE! Went in, got X-rays done, sat in the chair and waited for the coming poking and prodding at my teeth. Never happened. Dentist lady comes back (I can't call her a doctor or professional in any sense of the word) and states that my mouth is disaster zone and I need to have 5 root canals done and even then it probably wouldn't save the teeth and they would likely need to be extracted. Nearly the whole left side of my face. Goes on to state that I would likely need to have my jaw bone ground down in order to fit the crown. Oh, and to top it off, is referring me to a place that will sedate me for the procedure. Uh....well, queue the anxiety, but I try to keep calm. I explain that I DO NOT want to be sedated and I would like to approach things conservatively if possible and just deal with the pain I had in the first place before dealing with the rest. Lady then goes "I won't treat only a little of this. If you don't agree to ALL of my plan, you can't be my patient." Uh...what?!?! She then asks me to get up, walks me to the front desk and says goodbye. Didn't touch my teeth. Didn't look in my mouth. Didn't even turn the little light on and ask me to lay back. Nothing. The only redeeming feature of this place is the receptionist at the front. She was incredibly nice, listened to my confusion, even went back and got a director/manager/whatever involved to see what could be done. Suffice it to say I won't EVER be going back and would highly recommend that no one EVER goes to this dental place if you value your mouth or your wallet. Just to put icing on the cake. I went to 410 Dental just a month or so prior (wasn't able to keep going here because of insurance stuff), and they told me that NONE of the above was true. Yes, I have a bad cavity (quite a few cavities to be truthful) that will possibly need a root canal, but not 5 of them! After this debacle with Bright Now, I called them up and within an hour the doctor I saw a month before called me back, spoke to me on the phone about my teeth and her recommendation, and helped with ideas for insurance. I don't even care if my insurance will cover it, I'll be going back there."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had. Tried to give them a chance 3 times and each visit was terrible service, records incorrect and incomplete. Take X-rays every visit then did nothing but look in my mouth. Worst was in the middle of having my teeth pulled (2), bleeding terrible into the gauze stuffed in my mouth, I got told that I really should get bone graft to ensure I could put in an implant. $1400 and when I walked in I had a bill estimate for $20. I was literally doing finance paperwork sitting and bleeding until I gave up and just put it on my credit card. Never go here."

"I had previously gone to this dentist out of necessity and my initial appointment was great. The cleaning and plan for the work I needed done went well, the problem was when I went in to get work done. They move people through like an assembly line with no compassion or care. They care about getting your money and getting you out and that’s all. Immediately after my work I knew something was wrong with a filling and went back to get it checked on, I was completely dismissed and told I was wrong about the pain I was feeling and I TRUSTED them. 4 Months later I still had pain and went to a different dentist because something felt off, and I had to get all the work they did redone because it was done so poorly. Waste of my money and majorly affected my experiences at the dentist. They like you until you have a problem and then they act like you’ve inconvenienced them for having to do their job. Another person I know had a similar experience so I knew I had to share. If you’re not in the interest of helping people with compassion get out of an industry working with people."
