"This office is great from Tami at the front desk, the dental assistant, the Hygienist Britany, to the Dentist Dr Gan, everyone was extremely professional and informative. My last visit was the best dental office experience I ever had. Also, I did not receive any grief when rescheduling having to travel out of town with short notice. Moving my appointment was made easy and flexible. Everyone, the whole team, top to bottom was helpful and I really appreciate that when life sometimes gets complicated they make it easy. Thx again."

The facility is clean and inviting with the latest dental technology. The supporting Staff were as friendly also! I felt very welcomed and respected. "Had the best experience at Genuine Smiles with Dr. Gan! Dr Gan cleaned my teeth with precision and ease. She checked on my comfort throughout the procedure and was attentive to every detail of my cleaning and well being. She is easy to talk to and the cleaning was very thorough. Dr. Gan was thoughtful of my health and my wishes going forward. She was very good at explaining everything and making recommendations for my oral health. Additionally the office is modern with new equipment and set up with technology where you can stream video during any procedure you may be having to help you relax. Most importantly to me though is she is very honest and does not push unnecessary treatments like I had experienced at my previous dental clinic. Bottom line I can't say enough greats things about her and Genuine Smiles! Very highly recommended!!!"

"The staff is really good and professional. They make a trip to the dentist easy and relaxing. The doctor is fantastic and explained every part of the process so there wasn't any surprises. They also worked out a payment plan so I didn't have to pay a bunch of money all at once. It was split up some each visit which was very much appreciated. Genuine smiles rocks best dentist by far."
