"Amazing in all phases of client care. From the ease of scheduling & minimal wait time - to most importantly, the actual clinical appointment. My insurance had been an issue, but they accommodated me seamlessly. My actual appointment went exponentially better than expected, since it had been a year since my last dentist appointment. "I went here about a year ago. The lady was constantly criticizing me. I need work done but I won’t go back because of her. I’m debating on other dentists, but I don’t want to experience this again. Be better, please. *I remembered I left this review and it deserves an update. I needed a cleaning before moving. I went back today. I figured I’d give it a second chance and I have never liked going no matter where it was. So might as well suffer through one more time. I can’t say for sure who I saw back in 2021 but today (2024) I saw Victoria Chang. Everyone was so nice! Total 180 from last time. I have severe anxiety around the dentist and for once I felt totally at ease. She was informative, didn’t shame me, and listened to me. I’ve never had a dentist explain so much. Everyone who helped was great too. I just hope I find a dentist this nice after my move. It sounds dramatic but she’s the first dentist to make me feel like a human and not just a pair of teeth they’re trying to get done with. (The dental assistants have ALWAYS been sweet btw).
