"Cost of root canal is grossly overpriced given the rate my insurance would cover. I was never told pre-certification would not be done and I was not told she was no longer in network with my specific insurance. I would never have kept the appointment. They expected payment in full on date of service, knowing the insurance would only pay 60% of the covered fee of $670.00 instead of the $1573.00 I was charged. I was told there would be no refund as their fees are set with no regard to in or out of network. Nor was I offered any courtesy discount when I questioned the charges. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE AND LOCATION BEFORE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AS THEY WILL NOT!!!"
