"I have been to Dr. Park's office three times--an induction, a cleaning, and once for dental work (crown replacement). The cleaning hygenist was pleasant and thorough. Dr. Park spent very little time with me and proposed a long list of work that had to be done. I had been to my long time dentist (Kaiser Portland) about 6 months prior and there were no issues. I was nervous about the list but he convinced me a crown needed to be replaced. The procedure was uncompfartable, the pain afterward was bad (the temporay crown was too high), and the placement of the final crown was equally very painful. The pain lasted for three days and he said that I needed a root canal. (I did not.) The cleaning claim was then denied and his office refuesd to help resolve the issue. Now my insurance is fighting him to help resolve the billing issues and his staff was rude to them! Needless to say I am not pleased."
