"Horrible experience! I hope that someone higher reads these reviews and fires every single employee in that store. I walked into four employees just standing around, not even greeted by one person! Incredibly rude staff at this location, especially the bigger set lady in the front, no customer service skills at all. If she's the manager, I hope you get let go. I know this is a lower wage pay but come on people! You're treated better at a fast food restaurant."
"Manager following me around the store like I was a thief definitely isn't cool. She wasn't even hiding it. Made it 100% obvious. I just started going back and forth around the store waisted some of her time. All I could do is laugh. Just the dad walking around with his son in the stroller I guess I must look like I'm going to steal something. I'm only a level 4 member and actually go there quite a bit. So I guess more strange than anything. Anyway felt extremely disrespected by it. I'm not a thief and have spent a lot of money in that store. I went in looking for specific items they didn't have my size, and in all honesty the last 2 visits haven't been great. So that's a 1 star"
"Came in to exchange my daughters shoes for a bigger size that I purchased the day prior. I found the only one left in the correct size but Evan refused to honor a straight exchange citing it was a different shoe. Even though it was the same exact model number but slightly different color. The section where the shoe was located had three different colors all same price. Evan was very rude and belittling to the point I decided to not continue with the purchase of my other items and exchange due to his poor attitude."

"This store is large, a lot of product. Everything I saw was 40% off of the ticketed price. Like most outlet shoe stores, they had the sections of shoes where they have a bunch of sizes of the same shoe, then that back wall that has random shoes, usually organized by size, these weren’t organized at all, it was random. Some shoes weren’t priced so we had to ask. The staff was nice and helpful."
