"These guys are thieves. Make sure you get a receipt. Driver took a $200 tip for himself when I was already giving him a $50 tip for picking up me and my sick daughter. When I called about the discrepancy, he apologized and took my card information for the refund, recharges me for the right amount, and NEVER processed the refund. I’m out $210 now. Owner dodged my calls. Horrible people. Who would do that??"

"I hate that Sun Taxi is the only cab company we have in the area. If there are ANY other transportation options you can use, do it instead! I have to use this company for patient rides home, and it makes me sad. There is always at least an hour wait, and they are generally late being that. Most drivers are rude, their seatbelts do not work, and their cars smell of cigarettes. I have personally been screamed at by a Sun Taxi employee because the person he came to pick up was no longer here, 2 hours after a different Sun Taxi picked the person up!"
