Edit 10/23 I think you are too busy for the mechanics you have to provide acceptable customer service. I’ll keep my ear to the ground to hear if things get straightened out. Eric’s RV is the ONLY qualified RV repair (mechanical & house) on the Olympic Peninsula in WA i’ve found. highly professional & knowledgeable with decades experience. highly recommend
Paid $400 for three glow plugs. Still didn't cold start without being warm or pulled in. Just changed the glow plug RELAY myself and that took care of it. No more shops for me.
I rolled into Sequim on the way to Sekui with a broken hub on my boat trailer. I was back on the road within 90 minutes. Eric's operation ordered the part and had it delivered within 30 minutes and installed a few minutes later. One of my friends said, "that might be the only place in Western Washington where you would get that level of customer service!"
Very helpful. One of their techs explained what was wrong with my travel trailer and gave me options to have them fix it or sell me parts needed which is what happened and my trailer is good to go. Very friendly staff!
