"Worse experience ever. My first appointment was simply just taking x-rays, it took the new assistant an hour and a half to do that. It was so painful, and my gums were sore, but she stated that she’s sorry and she’s learning. I wanted to go with my gut feeling and cancel them but I wanted to give Dr. Richline a chance. My second appointment was even worse. I had one filling and a cracked old filling which I found later, I thought I had two cavities, anyway. During the procedure on my lower tooth I felt a sharp pain and told Dr. Richline. she said that was strange, so she gave me another numb injection, I still feel the pain and she wanted to blame my tooth, she even mentioned that I might have caffeine that day (I didn’t have coffee or a caffeine drink for 3 days). After she was done, she left right away without any explanation of whats been done. I asked her assistant, Lana (great and professional lady) and she explained. Also, I feel a high bite after all that torture. I Don’t recommend Dr. Richline."

Her staff are also very good at their jobs, and treat us like friends while we are in their care. If you need to see a dentist, a great place to go is Hood View Dental."

They definitely put you at ease, which is essential when going to the dentist!! I had a laser procedure done on a filling for the first time, which I was rather apprehensive about, but it was a breeze! Not one second of pain and no numbness for hrs. afterwards! I highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs!"

"I've been going to Hood View Dental for about 2 years now, and I have nothing but excellent things to say. This is the first time I have enjoyed my trips to the dentist. The staff spend their time laughing and having fun, while also doing an incredible job. Their office has been super helpful with any questions about insurance, as well as honest conversations about what is best for you as an individual. They're never pushing unnecessary procedures on you, and they truly want the best for you. I've watched staff come and go, and everyone has continued to make me feel at home. Somehow the staff at Hood View Dental can make a root canal fun by having conversations about sky diving. Before I knew it the appointment was over and I had hardly paid attention to what they were doing in my mouth. If going to the dentist has been a stress, try this clinic out. I will stay a client of theirs as long as I live within driving distance."
