"I called this office to see when I could get in to have a broken tooth fixed. I was given an appointment the same day. I was met at the desk with a very warm and welcoming staff. After checking in, I was almost immediately met by Loren the dental assistant. She took an xray and Dr Bowyer came in immediately to give me options for my tooth. He explained everything and answered my questions in a personable, caring way. And as if this were not enough to make me feel at ease, they were able to give me an appointment the very next morning! Arriving the next morning, I did not even need to sit in the waiting room as the Doctor greeted me and took me back to numb me. From the first injection to the end of the appointment, I did not feel any pain! Something I really appreciated was that Dr Bowyer does not waste time. I was never left sitting alone waiting for the next step of procedure. Loren was fabulous too! She is a very knowledgeable and gentle assistant and I felt taken care of in her hands. I am reviewing this visit the day after and I thought I might have some soreness or pain after the numbing wore off...NOPE! I highly recommend this dental practice! My point of reference is that I am a retired dental hygienist and I know excellence when I see it. I have tried different offices in the area, none can match what I found in this practice!
