"Absolutely fantastic team. Tiffany and Dr. Dietz are a powerhouse team who keep you feeling at ease. I have HIGH anxiety with any procedure but I have felt nothing but relaxed when I'm there. They were extremely thorough with explanations, while allowing me as many breaks in between. My husband and I were constantly cracking up at the humor and banter back n forth. "After not seeing the dentist for more than ten years I was able to get on state health insurance and started getting regular dental work after that because my teeth were pretty well thrashed at that point. A bunch of back molars had crumbled and fallen out while most of the remaining ones were on their way there. I also needed all four wisdom teeth removed. So there was a massive amount of work to be done that required dental surgery and I was referred here by my dental office. They did a sort of consultation with me beforehand to see if I was eligible for my IV sedation to be covered by my health insurance and it was. The surgery went smoothly and relatively quickly for the amount of work that needed to be done and the staff were friendly and accommodating and the office was clean and well kempt; nice little waiting room. I did have to get a second referral because I needed a valid ID (mine was expired by two years) but once I renewed it they got me in as soon as possible. The surgeon did an exemplary job and even though I smoke I managed to cut down enough and cut out solid food for about a week so I didn't get dry socket or any infections. When I went back it took them less than five minutes to remove the stitches. Even though I was taking a little less Ibuprofen for the pain than was prescribed, I had minimal discomfort. Overall a great experience and I would absolutely go back again. Thank you to infinity Excel Dental!!"
