"Great dental team and it was nice that they were open on Saturdays, sad the front desk help can't do their job properly. I had went in for scheduled dental work not realizing my insurance had lapsed, they told me they check and it was good and had me pay x× amount up front, only to later say oops you didn't actually have insurance you need to pay ××× amount and at this point I had been out of work for a bit and broke... made a payment then had a health event happen were I almost died and spent time in the critical care.. well they don't care and sent me to collections. It's a shame and its also on end for not catching my insurance but they told me they did and even charged Me up front my out of pocket cost after they did the math of what it would be with my insurance. I'll find a new dentist and stay on top of Mt insurance, hopefully the front desk help do better moving forward."

I did look at a couple negative reviews and I’ve never had a problem with billing or anything. Five-star dentist, billing is accurate and on time, they are friendly and helpful and answer any questions you may have, etc."

I've had the misfortune of experiencing a couple of dental emergencies in the past year and Dr. Byram has been ultra-responsive and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help with my distress. Simply put, Dr. Byram is an absolute gem. I also love my hygienist, Chris. She's very thorough and knowledgeable, and has a great personality! Everyone at this office is friendly, helpful and truly top-notch. If all dentist offices were like this the world would be a better place!"
