"Horrible experience. Definitely would not recommend. Fancy webpage, and brochures, but this place does NOT deliver what they promise and now we are out over 2K and no changes to our son's teeth. I should have seen the red flags a year ago when we started but I thought they knew what they were doing. When they did a mold of his mouth, they did it incorrectly, so we had to come back. Then, they couldn't fit him with an appliance he needed because they "didn't have the part in the office" so we had to come back. We came back and they still didn't have the part. They bumbled around for a bit and decided he didn't need the part; they would do something else. He then got the braces put on, and after about a year, the orthodontist (if she actually has a license) removed the braces because he "wasn't cleaning properly". Due to his sensory issues, he has trouble with rough toothbrushes, so we got a water pik, problem solved. Not for this place. They made us come back 3 different times, and each time, they stated that he wasn't cleaning properly. However, when we took him to his dentist, he had zero cavities and the dentist was concerned that the braces were off. I explained that that was the orthodontist's doing, and they'd been off for about 2 months, and even though I was worried the teeth would go back to their original position (which they have) the orthodontist was dismissive and stated it wouldn't make a difference. Today they again stated that there was no progress and would be removing the braces but "didn't have time today" AT HIS APPOINTMENT. So they want me to come, yet again, pay more money for them to yet again, do nothing. Would leave zero stars if I could. Save your money."

"Wow, have the times changed. I see a positive post with the pronoun HE so this might be the fact that there are changes. 2 days before braces are to be installed after waiting months our appointment is cancelled for our 10 yo daughter over the fact that as her parent had advocated that they could do more to support the appeals process with medicaid. As her parent I had to do the advocating including appealing to the health care authority. We did win the appeal, made another appointment and waited just over a month to only have them cancel it two days before. Dental care in Harbor Kids Dental has been okay. But I learned that this clinic is connected to Dr. Choi and Monica in Tumwater/Olympia along with the dental services. Worst treatment by a business ever... god forbid a papa/momma bear advocate for their child here. You will be tossed out."

"My step son had a consult with the orthodontist and he was very nice and walked us through the entire process gave us his recommendation about what needed to be done and didn't pressure us about anything. We will need to go back as my step son will need braces he was too young for them at the moment. We will need to go back in about a year or two now. I highly recommend them."
