"Came through the drive through they made my shake into a blizzard then proceeded to give me the extra blizzard free and re made the shake. So I ordered 3 blizzards, one shake, and a banana split, and left with 4 blizzards, one shake and a banana split to get home and realize my personal blizzard wasn't even there they gave me 2 of the 4 blizzards wrong. Then I had to drive all the way back from Rickwood which is a 15 minute drive because they did not give me a receipt so I had to make the swap tonight or else it wouldn't be valid. Then instead of offering a refund or maybe a coupon for next time they just made my small blizzard a medium... I won't even eat that much ice cream, do better."
"Save your receipt(s). You can call a number n get a code good for a Free Dilly bar. I get the low sugar one. As Tom Peterson said:" Free is always a very good price"!"
"Cold food cold fries. The guy brought us our food on a tray then tool the food off the tray and took the tray away lol. Here you go buddy.wont be back here again"
"You can't see in the picture that the fries are undercooked but they were. We got the 6 piece chicken strip box. My fries were barely cooked I could not eat them. The chicken strips were overcooked and my toast was wrinkled up like it had just been thrown in for 5 seconds. $28.00 to eat out for 2people.. if I'm going to pay that much for food I expect it to be edible and right. This is usually the best Dairy Queen around my family has been going there for many years and the food has gone downhill the last few times I have gone."
"I ordered a large 6 piece chicken strips with an Oreo blizzard for me and my 5 year old daughter to share. I got what looks like a small meal to share which isn't a big deal but I literally paid 17 dollars. I'm absolutely not coming back. If you want ice cream that's all this location is good for. I would highly suggest not ordering food. You'll get ripped off."
