"They treat their employees awful and belittle them in front of customers while they coddle the miserable trouble makers. They work employees overtime without pay. They don't backflush their lines so the drinks taste and smell like old wet laundry. The cook (Jerry I think) is a great cook and asset. The patrons don't appreciate hearing them gossip about employees. Explains all the people that have quit them."
