"First time coming to this location and the woman barista working on 2/15 at 10 am was extremely rude and unprofessional. She followed the horrible service up with verbally abusing me at the window and then when asked what the issue was she began to record me on her phone it was so strange. I asked for my debit card back 4 times before she gave it back. I have no idea why she acted like this. I made a formal complaint via email and thank goodness for my dash cam that caught the whole incident! Please get rid of her she’s horrible and should not be working with anything dealing with people!!"

"Went to this location on military Road this morning and ordered a latte and a banana bread. The drink was fine, but when I went to open the banana bread, it was covered in mold. I tried calling the location and no one answered. Just make sure if you buy any of the pastries you were checking it for mold mine was covered in mold, and I didn’t notice until after I had started eating it!"
