Despite specifying a vegetarian biryani, the order contained non-vegetarian ingredients instead. When I reached out to address the error, the customer service was disappointing. The staff shifted blame and failed to provide the promised refund despite multiple follow-ups. This experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied. A restaurant that cannot fulfill basic orders accurately and fails to take responsibility for its mistakes does not deserve patronage. I will not be ordering from this establishment again, and I urge others to consider alternatives where customer satisfaction is prioritized over excuses and negligence."
"We are regular visitors of Biryani & pizza in Bellevue. Happened to visit their new location in Bothell and I’m happy to see that the taste of biryanis here have been consistent for almost a year now! The service has been great as well. This is gonna be our goto place for biryanis and fried rice."
"Ordered Paneer 65 Biryani through the phone and was ready on time . The Biryani was good and tasty . There is seating available at the restaurant but nothing fancy . Preferably you can order online and take out or get it delivered ."
"I recently tried the Goat Dum Biryani at this restaurant and I must say, the dish itself was absolutely delightful! The flavors were rich and authentic, and I enjoyed every bite. However, my dining experience was a bit mixed. The ambience of the place left much to be desired as it was quite small and not very inviting. I felt the restaurant could have been cleaner to enhance the overall atmosphere. On a positive note, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had a pleasant dining experience."
"Ordered chicken biryani bucket to go and cut mirchi. Cut mirchi has too many additional ingredients like onions, peanuts and less mirchi. Biryani is average. But the plastic bucket in which biryani is served is cheap quality and the biryani has smell of plastic. They need to use better quality buckets."
