Despite specifying a vegetarian biryani, the order contained non-vegetarian ingredients instead. When I reached out to address the error, the customer service was disappointing. The staff shifted blame and failed to provide the promised refund despite multiple follow-ups. This experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied. A restaurant that cannot fulfill basic orders accurately and fails to take responsibility for its mistakes does not deserve patronage. I will not be ordering from this establishment again, and I urge others to consider alternatives where customer satisfaction is prioritized over excuses and negligence."

Happened to visit their new location in Bothell and I’m happy to see that the taste of biryanis here have been consistent for almost a year now! The service has been great as well. "Ordered chicken biryani bucket to go and cut mirchi. Cut mirchi has too many additional ingredients like onions, peanuts and less mirchi. Biryani is average. But the plastic bucket in which biryani is served is cheap quality and the biryani has smell of plastic. They need to use better quality buckets."
