"This is a shop I always enjoyed visiting since I am in love with airplanes. I am currently a student pilot working on getting my pilots license. Now that my family has sold their vacation home it will be a lot harder to visit this place. I always enjoyed window shopping here but I was never able to afford anything. Now that I have a job and have a little bit of money I can spend it's too bad that I am too late for that. If I do happen to be in the area again I will maybe stop by again. I am making it a tradition to come once a year when they have the Hood River Fly In."
"I've purchased a few RC vehicles from Hood River Hobbies thru the years, the last one being a RedCat IHC Scout II in purple. Their price was cheaper than the big box store in Vancouver, which honestly surprised me. I wanted to play with it during our Trip, but hadn't packed a Charger. I have 2 nice Chargers at home, so couldn't justify buying a new unit. They offered to charge my Batteries for me while I took my Wife out to Lunch. Very good selection of high quality games, puzzles, and RC. Very competitive prices. Excellent service!"
"Fun store with games you won’t find at a normal store. Friendly humans to interact with, prices that match the area you are shopping in and dope model car kits that made my partners face light up like a tiny kid on Christmas."
"Although not the biggest selection of single cards, they have a excellent variety of sealed product for trading card games. Other types of hobbies are also welcome from RC to model making."
