"I don't know how busy this place usually gets, but there were a few other patrons when I got there and I was in and out in about 25 min. My food came rather quickly and it was SO BOMB. I ordered a pork belly bun and build your own ramen bowl. The pork belly was perfectly cooked with a nice crisp and the sauce was mouthwatering. As far as the soup goes it was fantastic and every bite was its own little piece of heaven. I like my food spicy so of course I had spicy miso and kimchi with my noodles. Personally it could have had a *little* more kick but I'm not really complaining either. The host and server were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back in the near future. I may update with the latest food I try."

"Definitely recommend this sweet place!! There were so many options to choose from, and the food was all so delicious. Nothing was overly salty or lacked flavor. Definitely recommend the “I’m starving” combo. We had a few different servers, and every single person was incredibly kind and helpful, checking in occasionally and being so willing to help us. If anything, I would come here for the wonderful staff. We had such a great experience and would definitely recommend Botan!!"

"This places takes last place in the hundreds of ramen I’ve tried. Clumps of hard noodle, weird after taste, and a lack of flavor overall. Ordered the Tonkatsu and spicy miso, the egg on both tasted very off. Only 1 server/host and he was doing pretty good for just being him. Hope he finds better employment"

"I was craving Ramen noodle soup and this was close to our Condo so we walked over to give it a shot. Located on Colby Ave in Downtown Everett. Our sever was Chelly he was friendly and efficient. He was working all by himself but handled well. What we ordered: 1.) Gyoza was fried a bit too long but tasted ok. 2.) Pork Belly Buns these tasted great and the buns and pork were fresh. 3.) Traditional Tonkotsu Ramen. Soup broth was hot in temperature and tasted savory. Pork belly was tender the only thing was the bamboo shoots were not cooked long enough too chewy and fibrous."

"I’ve been here multiple times and every time I have a great experience! The staff is always friendly and the place is very clean and welcoming. Walking inside feels as if I’m in Japan instead of downtown Everett. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a ramen spot! The food is very filling and well made. The Sakura tree inside really sells me on this spot and makes it one of the most memorable aspects that sticks out aside from the food. Great place for a date, lunch or bringing the family to eat!"
