"I’ve physically been to this location twice now, and have ordered through doordash a handful of times when my other boba spot was closed. The tea here isn’t the best nor is it authentic but it’s decent enough when I’m craving boba and a lot closer than my other spot. Staff here isn’t very friendly and give off an annoyed vibe. Today I ordered a very simple drink. A half sweet classic Thai tea, with no other modifications. The lady seemed annoyed. I left with my drink, and after the first sip I had a mouth full of unblended powder. I tried mixing it up and taking another sip, but again another mouth full of unblended powder. I went back, politely explained the problem and asked if they could remake it. Again, I was met with annoyance. I understand mistakes happen, and I also understand that customers can be unreasonable and frustrating. However, the attitudes of the employees here is what’s rubbing me the wrong way. From now on I’ll be taking my business elsewhere."

"Tasty tea. I like how they allow you to choose your ice and sweetness levels. I don't frequent a lot of Boba spots so not sure if this is common. I also enjoyed the drinks with red bean as an option!"
