"Very ghetto entryway’ cones aren’t set up very helpful to guide you to the window, the dude at the window didn’t want to tell me what ingredients he was going to use on a drink I ordered from the “secret menu” was totally rude and literally hit me with “or we can just not serve you “ like OKAY broista. First time that’s ever happened at a Dutch ! Sad but Starbucks can take my money anytime !!"

"It was the worst service ever. Waited over 20 minutes for them to even take our order. There were plenty of people there. 1 taking orders outside (finally), 2 inside, and one putting stock away. So I am not sure what the issue was, however, as usual the coffee was good."

"I got the Mary mischief and I was drinking it and then all of a sudden. This really a strange thing came out. I choked on it and then I just looked down and I just swirled around. There's even more in there that's absolutely disgusting.it's just nasty."

"I just left the Dutch bros and I understand that it was closing time. They could not fill my cup all the way because they ran out of freeze and couldn't fill it because they needed to keep it empty for morning crew as they said, so my cup was only 3/4 full. I had gotten a freeze. Which I was totally fine with. The associate asked if they could make it thicker because the cup was not full. I said no just give me the 3/4 cup because I did not want all that extra ice in there because it's never blended nicely. The 2 working kept talking over me and not listening They thickened it anyway. With a lot of big chunks of ice that I didn't want. I threw the drink away and went to a different Dutch bro at llyod center that did an excellent job taking my order. Next time please follow instructions or listen to what your customer wants. Ps. The girls were friendly not rude at all but they just lacked listening skills at the time."

"Got a drink from this location and was filled with pieces of paper and a metal pieces, went back to complain and get a refund and the manager was TOTALLY inconsiderate. He wasn’t empathetic about our experience at all and said he was “only managing the store” while rolling his eyes. Therefore, I asked how he felt as a manager about this unpleasant situation and how he felt about us finding metal pieces in the drink. He replied with stating that I’m not his counselor. When I suggested being more careful while making drinks because they sell kids drinks as well and his only response was I shouldn’t telling him how to manage a proper coffee shop. I’m super upset that he wasn’t compassionate about this hazardous ⚠️ experience because I could of died/choked on the metal pieces. Large Metal pieces that he thinks that were from the “merchandising companies”. What an excuse? Please be aware of what it is that you are consuming if you plan to continue to visit this location. All I’m asking is for the employees to be more cautious because this is life threatening…"
