"I have only ever had bad experiences at this location. I would not recommend. I have had them give me the wrong itoms more than once even in the same order after going back in to try to fix it. They also wasted my time had me pull up in the drive through saying they had my mobile order and after I wanted 15 minutes in line they tell me I don’t have it and would have to re go through the line to order 1 jack wrap. Thanks for wasting my lunch brake. I will not be back."
"Employees are always kind and courteous. Not giving under 5 stars because that wouldn't be fair to the hard working employees, but the prices are just ridiculous now. I didn't look too hard but remembered seeing combos at $16.99 for burger, small fry, small drink. I feel like a real restaurant would be better quality and cheaper."
"It's Jack in the Box, let's be real here: my expectations were very low to begin with. I was at least expecting edible food. I paid $10 for one of their fancier chicken sandwiches thinking maybe it would be decent. It was overcooked to the point that it was extremely crunchy, tough, and chewier than beef jerky. It difficult to eat and kind of gross. I'm usually a stickler for not wasting food. I couldn't do it. It wasn't food anymore."
"Store hours are a joke. Never open during early day or late night when their hours are clearly posted. Waited 20 minutes on an order for 1 burger...1BURGER! They told me to wait on the side of the store and I see nothing but 3 cars behind me receive their orders. Don't go to this location and certaintly dont go to the location on Airport road: its ridden with homeless people and the staff cant understand you because they mostly speak Spanish. Jack in the box just sucks after all of the years I grew up eating their food since I was a kid in the 90s. Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service in this country. Smh"
"Well, I don't normally go right to the review bomb, but both the phone numbers listed online and on the receipt do not work. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the drive-through board, and apparently, it was still not accurate. No flavor added to the (freestyle) soda, and tomato on the burger even though it clearly says no tomato on the receipt. They even went as far as to put a sticker on the wrapper. Other than the service issues the food was fine."
