"Wosrt customer service ever seen. We bought two Zwilling nail clippers and they were both not working as expected with obvious product defect. Went back to the store for return within 30 days for return/exchange, and they refused to provide any service and just asked to call the factory for warranty as the clippers were open. But how can I know the clippers were problematic without open and try them out?! Expensive products but 0 service. Worst experience ever!!!"

"We purchased a blender from the Store in Marysville, WA. We used it for 2 weeks and it broke right away. There is a little plastic piece that pushes down a safety mechanism that allows the blender to operate. That little plastic piece is very fragile and broke, so now the blender doesn’t work. It’s under warranty, so we contacted the company, and they told us to send them a video of the blender, which we did. They responded and said they would send us a new part, but they never did. I would not recommend this company if you are buying a blender. It’s not well designed. They don’t honor their warranty. They will ignore your calls, emails and give you the runaround. They never fixed the issue we had nor gave us a refund."
"Really small store with a lot to look at. Can be cramped inside if enough people come in. Lots of great kitchen stuff in there. Big knife selection. Awesome pots and pans. It's really worth a look. I could go broke easily in there. I have to use great restraint."
