"Why so rude?... I parked in front for curbside pickup and called just like the instructions told me. Ron picked up and confirmed my order information, I told him I was parked in front, and he said my order was ready, I thought maybe he didn't hear me so I said again I was here for curbside pickup, he said "We're at the curb" meaning the store is so close to the curb why dont you just come inside and get it, there was a pause and he hung up in my face. Corporate will likely be my next stop. I'm forgiving, but this was next level service."
