"i just have to say that this company has been very UNPROFESSIONAL . i placed an initial order with them, and then as i called back a week later to place another order Richard (General Manager) HUNG UP on me and i have been trying to reach him or any company rep that can explain to me the reason that they are being so discourteous and unprofessional and not even have the decency to respond to numerous attempts to reach them and place an order. I can honestly say that Customer Service to this company is not even a priority. i am Very Very unhappy with this company especially since i am a customer . I do not Recommend this company to any of my fellow business owners or acquaintances."
