"Service was cordial, We ordered the Gargantuan (always, love it). However, this time the bread was wet and soggy. Not the best we have had like our past experiences. But, for having these wonderful sandwiches in the past and only experiencing one out of the many years of service, that's not bad."
"Excellent cold subs. I like the subs here but I stick to the cold ones. The toppings are very average the bread is slightly better and the assembly is fast and excellent. I have not had a poorly assembled Sammie here. It is very comparable to Mecconies subs across town if maybe a slightly larger sandwich for the same price. $25 will get a lunch for 2."
"10/5/23 @ 2:30PM came as a Walk in and went to front counter. Young girl with colored hair and no name tag was extremely rude. I said hello she just looked at me and didn't respond back. I ordered and they weren't busy no one inside or in drive thru. The girl who was making sandwiches started to get the bread and make my sandwich the front counter girl who took my order came over to her and said "you can wait you don't have to make it now" and laughed. The other girl didn't listen to her and begun making my sandwich. Sandwich was good as expected. I'm a weekly customer here sometimes multiple times. I understand the front counter girl was young but the rude customer service was completely uncalled for and unexceptable. Where is the manager when all these young kids are running around being rude and chatting with each other? There was no mayonnaise in the Togo area and after the treatment I received I didn't want of ask. Didn't get to fully enjoy my sandwich. No thank you or have a good day nothing. Train your employees better. Her snotty attitude isn't cute and in. Customer service position won't last long."
"I am working over here in Olympia for 1 week, and JJ's came highly recommended by my workmates back home in England. I was not disappointed....what a Sandwich or a Butty as we call em back home....got the JJ's Garguantuan with pickles...absolutely superb. I can not wait to call again...keep up the good work, top notch food... we need a Jimmy Johns in Crossroads, West Yorkshire, England......."
