"I'm OK they wouldn't take my kitchen table. But the attitude reflects a change I've seen the last 2 years. Not the customer focus I am used to. Appeared almost annoyed I was dropping it off (too busy?). Commented the table "needed work" but offered to take only the matching chairs "off my hands", no thanks for stopping in to donate. Just grumpy. I dropped it at another charity with more direct impact to local residents and they were warm, enthusiastic and delighted to get a table and chairs in "fantastic shape".
