Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This is my first experience at a Chipotle Restaurant/Grill so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was expecting a sit-down, order-from-the-waitress kind of place but it's more like a Mexican food Subway where you tell the guy behind the counter as you go down the line what you want. There wasn't any wait as they were not busy at the time. No problem there ....however. The cashier shorted me $9.00 in change and I had to point that out. It says right in front of her on the cash register what change is due, and no one seems to know how to count back change these days...it even tells you on the receipt. As we turned around to find a place to sit, the tables were all FILTHY with remnants from previous diners, the condiment station was also a horrid mess, salsa all over and sticky salt and pepper shakers. The sack the napkins were in was torn open and sitting on top of the hot sauce jars. The floor was also sticky. There were plenty of people behind the counter doing what I don't know but they sure weren't looking out for the atmosphere inside or the comfort of their patrons. We have no desire to go back."

"Picked up a mobile order and opened up my bowl and was in disbelief. Looked like they had only filled half the bowl. Went up and asked about portion size and the employee just put rock hard brown rice in the other side. Didn’t want to argue with the employees anymore so I used the chipotle support feature in the app and got a free entree so take that as you well. Never had any issues at the Tacoma location lol"

"DO NOT EAT HERE! I’m not usually one to post a bad review about a restaurant but given the fact this place has had me hugging my toilet bowl all night, I feel like I need to warn people. If you could have probably guessed from my last sentence, this Chipotle gave me a case of food poisoning! DO. NOT. EAT. HERE!!! I have been living in hell the last 6 hours because this place obviously does not know how to handle food in a safe manner. I’d also like to add that before I was sick, I did call the manager of this location to complain about food quality. Now you might be asking yourself, why eat the food if the quality was bad? The food itself didn’t taste bad or off… it was the portions that were off (so much sour cream, rice, and beans but pretty much no meat) how my burrito wasn’t even rolled it was quite literally thrown into foil paper and man handled to the point it looked like someone had stepped on it. The manager was absolutely NO help. I still ate my food because I paid 40$ for 3 things and it was the only thing I had consumed all day. Now as I type this I pay the price of food poisoning that might literally end me up in the hospital. Not even kidding. Didn’t know a human could vomit 8 times in less then 2 hours… DO NOT EAT HERE!"

"I waited 1 hour and 45 min for my to go order when walk in customers were only waiting 25-35 mins. No staff help. I asked if I could cancel the online order and go through the line instead and they couldn’t help with that. Tried canceling online and that wouldn’t go through either. So they wanted me to pay twice just to get my food in an acceptable time frame. & to top it off the orders were wrong and served to us using the aluminum lid as a bowl and tin foil on top (see pic) HORRIBLE experience. Order was supposed to have cheese guac sour cream lettuce salsa and it was rice beans and chicken."

"1hr30min wait for my online order. I sat patiently waiting for our food to be made in order, but was not. People who complained got there food first. Yet I wait my turn as I watch people come and go from the not online line. Finally ours was being made, I noticed that they skipped putting meat on my tacos and I said something but got ignored. Received our food an hour and a half after it was supposed to be done with no meat on my tacos. Went back and said you did not put any meat on my order he said stop yelling at me (as I was speaking over the 20 something people mad behind me) he refused to remake my food and a coworker handed me a container with some meat in it and he said yell there you go. This is outrageous to wait that long without complaining to be treated like a problem because my food was made wrong and very late. Tried to get a refund through the online service with no luck."
