"After hours and hours of school shopping with kids, I was exhausted and decided its a take out kind of night. We usually go to the Ichi in Washougal but it was already closed so we went to the location on 192nd. When we arrived they were closing in 15 mins. I asked if they are still taking orders and the lady said yes. I said okay, I gave her my order and she said about 10 mins. 10 mins later we were on our way home to unload the car and eat. Once we sat down to eat we started with the egg flower soup. Which unfortunately was spoiled. It smelled spoiled and tasted the same. I had to throw all 4 soups away. I then proceeded to eat the food in hopes that I wont get food posioning. Food was okay, but the soup was spoiled. Definitely feel like it was a waist of $70+ dollars. I could of went somewhere else for much cheaper."
"We came here on whim and so glad we did. We got the chicken katsu and hot and spicy chicken. Both dishes were excellent. The owner/chef came out and asked us how everything tasted and everyone was so nice. We’ll be back soon!"
"After trying so many Asian restaurants in Vancouver and being disappointed by the lack of flavor and quality, we finally found a little gem in Ichi Teriyaki 19! The prices are pretty steep, but the food is fantastic. It tastes authentic and lacks the MSG-packed overly processed flavor of other subpar restaurants. The staff is friendly, especially towards kids, and we will definitely be returning. No complaints except for the price hike."
"My husband and I have been going here for several years and absolutely love the wonderful food! The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond, even so much as to run after us to give us our food they forgot to include in our to-go bag! We are definitely return customers and encourage others to do so as well!"
"If they mess up your order, they basically don't care and pretend it's a language barrier. This happened to me twice and it seems like a pattern. Definitely not going back."
