"We were about 22 minutes to the end. The workers were super bad. They showed that they did not like to see us. They didn’t say hello or something else. And when we went out nobody said goodbye or something else. So we were in a lot of places in the world and the worst service is here. We came here and left them money but it looked like they gave it for free. Not respectfully at all."
"Went in like a month ago with a couple friends about 40 minutes before close and no one greeted us. Like at all. We stood there for like 20 minutes waiting for someone to come greet us and maybe take our order??? Nope. Only one girl who literally mopped around us. Didn't say a single word to us just looked at us like we were in the wrong. Another lady came and peaked around the corner but didn't say anything either. Eventually we just left. Very poor customer service inside. Never had this problem in the drive thru or earlier in the day. Closers need to take some notes."
"Writing this review based on both a Dasher and customer experience. In the past, Vancouver had 3 KFC's, I believe this is the only one left (could be mistaken) and I notoriously thought they left out something, whether it be butter, honey, napkins... Always at least one thing missing to complete a meal that's ordered. Since the remodel of this KFC, it seems they have stepped up their game and have now focused on order accuracy in my personal opinion. As a Dasher, you can go inside to get customer's order as the drive thru is often very crazy. This is a plus. They are clean (they were sanitizing the dining and bathroom when I was there) and everybody followed the government's mandates on Covid precautions. The restaurant employees checked on me twice to make sure I was helped and soon my customers order was done. I didn't have to wait very long... At most 5 minutes.
