"I went to 4 different auto part stores this morning to get my battery tested. I finally ended up at Advance Auto Parts. Eddie was absolutely amazing. Eddie was able to test my battery and determine that I needed a new battery and installed it for me. My stressful morning turned into a sense of relief and graditude. "Normally these guys treat me right. But I show up 5 minutes before close to grab a copper washer for my oil drain plug, which a store closer to my house did not have, but the door is locked. I stood there and got there attention, but it was clear they weren’t going to let me in. Now I have to wait a whole other day when I would have taken that last 5 minutes of their time to quickly grab what I needed and be on my way. If your hours say open until 9:00 pm, please actually work those hours."
