"I'll just start off with saying that this firestone is amazing I've been going here for about 2 years and I've never had a complaint the service team is always amazing and there very straight forward I always feel welcomed whenever I take my car for a visit I took my car in on 2-10-24 for a 4 wheel alignment my car had a very bad pull my service tec was Andy I believe and he was amazing and did a wonderful job on my alignment I didn't get the name of the guy who checked me out but he was amazing as well overall my experience was a 10/10 keep up the good work firestone!!!"

"I made an appointment Thursday at 2 p.m. and waited 4 hours to have tires installed and balanced at the Lakewood, WA Firestone store on my '21 Dodge Durango RT. A day later, I noticed my vehicle felt loose and unsteady in the rear while turning and navigating curves through the Snoqualmie Pass. I know the driving characteristics of my vehicle and it did not fee right. After returning from my trip on Saturday, I attempted to schedule another appointment at the Lacey Firestone store to correct my unbalanced tires. I received a call stating they were busy and short on staff due to the holidays and could not fix my vehicle. I was rescheduled for another appointment five days later. I needed the issue fixed sooner and decided to take my vehicle to Discount Tires in Lacey, WA. I made a 11:15 a.m. appointment on Tuesday. The tech was complete at 11:45 p.m. He confirmed that my tires were not balanced correctly and he explained before and after readings to me. There were no charge for the service and now my vehicle drives great when turning and navigating curves."

"I went here to get a new battery installed. Although the service was good and the employees were nice, this place is so pricey. Battery cost way too high. And I was charged a $45 fee to remove the old battery and install the over priced new battery. Really Firestone?? This is the third time in the past 8 years I have gone to FS for service, twice for batteries, once for new tires. My fault for expecting different results this time."

"Over 4 hours for 4 tires. Had an appointment for a full set of tires on 11/26, after 3 hours, only 2 tires had been removed. I asked the guy at the counter if he had an estimate as to when it would be done, he said the tech was "spread thin" that day. You mean the TWO techs in the back? The ones who jacked my car up into the air, removed 2 tires & pulled multiple cars into the garage, completing whatever work they needed done while mine just sat there? That's not "spread thin," that's lazy & disrespectful. After that window of time had passed (another 45 minutes), I could see through the shop windows that still nothing further had been done to my car & the guy at the counter seemed flabbergasted that I even question what on God's green earth was taking so long? How dare I! Weird how they were able to remove the other 2 tires & install the new ones in 30 minutes.... Over 4 hours! Didn't even air up one of my tires completely... 33 psi when it should be at 36. Over $1200 and that's how y'all are?"
