"What a wonderful shop! I stumbled upon it by accident, but it turned out to be a tucked away gem! The moment I walked in the staff were attentive and offered to help me find whatever I needed. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the right windshield wipers for me (with no overbearing upsell!). They told me about how the options differed and then offered to even put them on for me! I will be coming back and you should too!"

"So, here is a crazy/awesome experience that I had with this company. So, a few weeks ago, my alternator decided to quit working while I was waiting in the Edmonds ferry line. As soon as I made it to the ticket booth, my truck died. But the ferry workers were able to jump my truck so that I was able to get out of the line. I was able to drive across the street from the ferry terminal and park where I wasn't in anyone's way. At that point, my friend and I figured out that it was the alternator that went bad. Then we searched for a near by auto parts store. This one was the only one within walking distance. Even tho it was just over a miles walk all uphill, we decided to walk over to see if we could get the parts to fix my truck. After the long walk in the hot sun, we finally made it up to the store. They had the alternator that we needed in stock! They also allowed us to borrow some tools so that we could fix the truck!! Then they said that they could also give us a ride back to my truck, which was so awesome, and I am very thankful for that!!! Also, they suggested that I didn't use the new alternator with a dead battery. So when they dropped us off back at my truck, they took my battery back with them to charge it for us!! Then they told us to call them after we got the new alternator installed so that they could bring the battery back to us!! So after we got the new alternator installed, I called them back. They told me that my battery was over 5 years old and suggested that I get a new one. So I was able to purchase a new battery over the phone, then they came and delivered the new battery to us!! Then they waited to make sure my truck started up before they left. We then installed the new battery, and then the truck started right up!!! Then, we thanked them for their unbelievable kindness before going our separate ways. We were then the 7th to last car on the next ferry! I am so thankful for the effort and help provided by the elderly couple at Edmonds Auto Parts Marine Supply!"
