"I go to this coffee stand extremely regularly, the people who work there are all super nice, the low stars are because you have to get 12 stamps to get a free one and you can only get a free drink in the size of the first drink you ordered with the card, you can't even just pay for the difference. Also, on the menu it says their French toasted bagel comes with bacon and sausage and it doesn't and wasn't told it only comes with bacon,I found out after paying and leaving and wasn't very happy"

"Working in the food industry can be rough. People don't seem to understand the a use we go through on a daily basis from customers who expect too much. I've never had an issue at any Cafe Elite location. Sure some batistas can get heavy handed with the syrup but I've learned to ask for it not so sweet. We can't expect every drink to be exactly the same...because it won't be. The service is usually prompt. Baristas are friendly and kind and my drink is always the way I ask for it to be. Ladies don't let people discourage you or make you feel like you aren't doing a great job. I appreciate you all and thanks for being there to make my complicated coffee!"

"Stopped by after my oil change for a "real fruit" mango smoothie. I saw the barista pour some unrefrigerated brown liquid into milk and blend it over ice. The smoothie started to separate and look off-putting minutes after I received it... Took a few sips and it tasted off. I got the smallest size and it was $6, and the cup wasn't even filled all the way... Lesson learned: "real" fruit does not mean fresh fruit, nor does it mean the item will be of any quality. I am left wondering what else this smoothie was made of, since it was certainly not just fruit and milk. I make smoothies regularly with fresh mango and I have never produced a concoction like this."
