"They can search the salvage yards thru a database, therefore you dont have to search thru all of the inventory yourself. Although it is an auto‐ salvage type yard, you don't need to be a mechanic to navigate your way thru the experience. In my experience, over a good 10 years or so, the workers are knowledgeable and offer good customer service. I recommend calling to see what is available before buying new. They can give you a quote and save you some time and possibly save you some money too."

"I recently walked in looking for anyone to talk to; stood around inside the office for about ten minutes waiting for anybody to show up. Nobody did. The office was empty the entire time I was there. I walked out past a bunch of guys all speaking Spanish who seemed to work there, but nobody would talk to me. No help whatsoever. This is what's wrong with today's businesses, lack of care about physical walk-in customers and employees who know more about how to not do anything when they don't want to than do a little actual work and help somebody out."
